What is your return policy?

If you don't love your purchase for any reason, we accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. That's it. It's that simple.

Submit a return request and include your order number to start the process.

For U.S. orders, we offer free return postage.

For non U.S. orders, including Canadian orders, shipping charges are nonrefundable, including UPS and DHL shipping charges.

Tap Trio 180 Days Limited Hardware Warranty

We offer a 180 days limited hardware warranty for Tap Trios purchased from Momokai starting from date of delivery.

Sim Pad 2/Nano 90 Days Limited Hardware Warranty

We offer a 90 days hardware warranty for all Sim Pads purchased from Momokai. Please visit our Sim Pad Warranty page to see the full warranty policy for the Sim Pad.

Out-of-warranty repair service

If your Tap Trio is outside of the 180 days limited hardware warranty period and requires service, please contact us for out-of-warranty repair solutions.

If your Sim Pad is outside of the 90 days limited hardware warranty and requires service, we offer two options for out-of-warranty repairs.

The best option is to order a Sim Pad Replacement PCB and replace the PCB following our PCB replacement guide.

We also offer repair services for U.S. customers. For Tap Trios, our in-house repair service costs $25 and it includes shipping fees, parts, and labor. For Sim Pads, the repair service costs $15 and it includes shipping fees, parts, and labor. Please contact us with your order number and we can get you started.
