Payment FAQs

I have been charged twice, what do I do?

If you have been charged twice, please do not worry. It is likely an error occurred during the checkout process and a pending charge is showing in your bank account.

A pending charge is a charge that is authorized by the credit card issuer, but the final amount has not yet posted to your account.

When a Pending Transaction appears on your Card Account twice, it does not necessarily mean your Account will be billed twice. There is no need to worry -- the pending charges will be resolved and removed from your account within 3-5 business days. You do not need to take any action.

We do not have the ability to charge your payment method multiple times. You will need to contact your bank/Paypal if multiple charges show up for more than 5 business days.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, then the order was not processed. It is likely the billing address inputted did not match the registered address on your payment method or the CVV was incorrect.

If the postal code/zip code does not match the payment method's registered address, your payment method will be declined and a pending charge will show up in your bank account. Your order has not been processed.

If your payment method fails the CVV check, it will also be declined and a pending charge will show up in your bank account.
